Bilingual French Sales Assistant – Commercial & Logistics

About the role

AJC International is seeking a dynamic, bilingual French Sales Assistant to support its commercial and logistics operations. The role combines administrative, customer‑service, and operational tasks to ensure smooth intercompany sales and export shipments to the Pacific Island region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and distribute sales and market reports to sellers and buyers.
• Update daily market reports (USDA, UB) and manage pricing adjustments for formula business.
• Enter and maintain intercompany orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate cargo status, weekly shipping schedules, and shipment advice to customers.
• Track containers, update stakeholders on shipment progress, and push sellers/buyers on out‑of‑contract orders.

Required profile

• University degree in business, administration, or related field.
• 1‑3 years experience in logistics, operations, or international commerce.
• Understanding of international trade, Incoterms, and ocean shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
