Bilingual Customer Care Representative (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our Indianapolis team. In this role you will provide professional, timely support to US and Canadian customers in both English and French, helping them with orders, product information, billing and basic troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Assist clients with order placement, product details, billing questions and basic troubleshooting.
• Process returns, credits and exchanges according to company policies.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Oracle.
• Microsoft Outlook (including shared inbox).
• CRM system usage.
