Bilingual Automotive Sales Manager

About the role

Victory Automotive Group, a family-owned dealer group operating since 1997 with more than 50 locations across the United States, is looking for a bilingual Automotive Sales Manager in Albany, California. The Sales Manager leads the sales team, meets vehicle sales quotas and keeps inventory balanced, while also handling hiring, training, performance monitoring and customer complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies
• Assist in hiring, training and monitoring team member performance
• Establish sales quotas and manage overall sales goals
• Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities
• Monitor and adjust inventory to optimize customer choice
• Hire, train and monitor team members, resolve customer complaints and help with closings when necessary

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in a large-volume dealership
• Some supervisory or management experience
• High school diploma or GED; post-high school education or training is a plus
• Dealership experience preferred; Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
• Experience meeting sales targets and supervising staff
• Outgoing, highly professional and dependable, able to work with the public daily
