About the role
Our Michelin‑starred restaurant group is seeking an experienced Beverage Manager for Koshu Club, a 50‑seat Japanese‑inspired steak restaurant in Atlanta. You will lead the bar program—including spirits, cocktails, beer, wine and sake—while ensuring exceptional service and supporting staff during peak periods.
Key responsibilities
- Train and guide service members to deliver the best guest experience, including table touches and personalized service.
- Maintain accurate internal accounting systems and oversee financial controls for the beverage program.
- Update the reservation system to maximize availability, guest satisfaction and sales, and contribute to off‑site marketing outreach.
- Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and manage onboarding and training for new service team members.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including opening and closing shifts, and ensure smooth bar service.
