Bellman – Front Office Guest Service

About the role

As a Bellman you will be the first and last point of contact for guests arriving at and departing from our resort. You will create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure a smooth flow of traffic in the lobby while providing accurate information about the property and the surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and bid them a courteous farewell.
• Manage lobby traffic, directing guests to the appropriate areas and assisting with luggage when needed.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on local transportation, attractions, and airport services.
• Act as an ambassador for the hotel, answering guest inquiries and supporting the front‑office team.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a front‑office or bell‑staff role.
• Familiarity with local transport options, attractions, and airport details.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
