About the role
Join BAYADA's RBT Academy and become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a few weeks. You will work in a school‑based setting on Oahu, supporting students with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Implement behavior therapy techniques and follow individualized service plans.
- Collect and document behavior data, progress, and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to support student independence.
- Provide training and assistance to help students acquire functional skills.
Required profile
- At least 18 years of age.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100, or High School Diploma/GED with ParaPro Praxis assessment (assistance available).
- No prior experience required; must complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam.
