About the role

Join Bounce ABA Preschool Center as a Behavior Technician delivering one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. Work under the supervision of a BCBA in a supportive, center‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

Implement 1:1 ABA therapy sessions for children with ASD.
Collect and record accurate daily data.
Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy.

Required profile

Reliable transportation.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Ability to protect confidential information.
Previous experience with individuals diagnosed with ASD preferred.
