Bartender/Server

About the role

The Bartender/Server at Crossing Creeks Country Club provides direct service to members and guests, greeting them, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑level customer service, greet guests, take orders, and recommend menu items.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve drinks while verifying age identification.
• Handle credit/debit transactions, membership charges, and maintain accurate order records.
• Keep work areas, glassware, and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to keep bar fully stocked.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and club policies.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, strong customer service experience, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and adapt to schedule changes.
• Integrity, responsibility, and a willingness to take initiative.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions.

Required skills

• TABC / Food Handling license.
• Computer literacy for order entry and transaction processing.
