Bartender

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking full‑time bartenders to join its diverse portfolio of restaurants, hotels and event spaces. You will be responsible for delivering excellent beverage service while maintaining a clean and safe bar environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines.
• Know all garnishes, tools and set‑up requirements for a complete bar.
• Keep service stations neat, clean and follow sanitation standards.
• Greet and serve guests with excellent customer service, using appropriate language.
• Be attentive to guests’ needs at all times and never appear rushed.
• Know the liquors and beverages for each function and suggest alternatives when needed.
• Lift, push and carry 20‑40 lb items such as bars, dish carts, glass racks and liquor boxes.
• Stand continuously during shifts and maneuver in narrow areas between seated guests.

Required profile

• Ability to read and speak English.
• Ability to solicit/accept tips only where tipping is allowed.
• Flexibility with scheduled workdays, times and breaks, especially end times.
• Willingness to wear appropriate uniforms for banquet events and follow client/facility standards (e.g., grooming, smoking policies).

Required skills

• Knowledge of bar tools, garnishes and complete bar set‑up.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines.
