About the role

Landmark Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic Bar Backs to support its vibrant restaurant and bar environments. You will help maintain a clean, well‑stocked service area while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

Set up and maintain bar stations, including garnishes, tools, and glassware.
Keep service areas neat, follow sanitation guidelines, and adhere to alcohol safety policies.
Assist guests with courteous service, anticipate needs, and suggest beverage alternatives.
Lift, push, and carry items up to 40 lb and maneuver in tight spaces.

Required profile

Ability to read and speak English.
Flexibility to work varying schedules and breaks.
Willingness to wear appropriate uniforms and follow facility standards.

Required skills

Knowledge of responsible alcohol serving guidelines.
Familiarity with bar garnishes, tools, and beverage options.
