About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant Banquet Server to join our team. Shifts vary based on events in our meeting rooms, and the role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service throughout each event.

Key responsibilities

Assist with complete setup and breakdown of banquet areas, including pressing linens and rolling silverware.
Relay food and beverage orders, maintain cleanliness, and follow sanitary practices.
Wash dishes and silverware, anticipate guests' needs, and exceed service expectations.
Communicate allergies, special requests, and order details to appropriate staff.
Respond promptly to concerns, present a professional appearance, and adhere to health department regulations.

Required profile

Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high‑performance standards.
Composure in a fast‑paced environment and strong customer‑service orientation.
