Banquet Server – Part-Time

About the role

The Banquet Server will set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages according to guest service and sustainability standards at Hilton Los Angeles Culver City.

Key responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms as instructed by the supervisor and attend roll‑call meetings to learn event details.
• Serve food and beverages in the correct order, replenish drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the function.
• Promptly clear dishes, respond to special requests, resolve complaints, and follow all alcohol service regulations.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food‑service experience is a plus.
• Ability to remember and recite menu items.
