Room Attendant – Housekeeper

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, well‑maintained and meet Hilton’s standards, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms within the allotted time, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and process lost‑and‑found items.
• Notify managers of any repairs needed in rooms.
• Perform house‑person and lobby attendant duties when short‑staffed or during peak periods.
• Follow safety protocols, wear protective equipment and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Assist in improving guest satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
