About the role

Landmark Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic banquet servers and bartenders to join its team across several iconic venues in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You will work directly with guests to deliver memorable event experiences in line with the company’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

Execute all tasks outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO), including set‑up, service, and break‑down.
Anticipate guest needs, provide food and beverage service, and maintain banquet equipment.
Stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods while managing multiple orders efficiently.
Report for duty punctually, adhere to dress code, and attend required training and meetings.

Required profile

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
Ability to work weekends and an 8‑hour shift schedule.
Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to undertake reasonable secondary duties as assigned.
