About the role

The Relationship Banker II provides front‑line banking services to customers at the Park Slope branch, supporting sales, service and operational goals while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments.
• Identify customer financial needs through needs‑based conversations and recommend appropriate products.
• Support branch growth by executing sales, retention and other initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and bank policies and meet audit requirements.
• Coach and supervise fellow bankers, assisting with onboarding and performance improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of customer‑service and banking sales experience; 0‑2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bank products, services and transaction processing systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
