About the role

The Relationship Banker 2 provides services for Banking Center customers, supporting sales, service, and operational goals while processing financial transactions in compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer-related financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and teller services.
• Identify customer needs through needs‑based conversations, recommend appropriate products, and generate leads.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and growth initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and bank regulations and meet audit requirements.
• Coach and supervise fellow bankers, assist with onboarding, and act as a role model.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of customer service and banking sales experience; 0‑2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of banking products and services.
• Familiarity with branch transaction processing systems.

What we offer

• Base salary range $35,250 – $58,000 annually.
