Banker – Wealth Management for LATAM HNW/UHNW Clients

About the role

We are seeking experienced bankers to join our wealth‑management team serving high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. The role involves delivering bespoke investment, banking and fiduciary solutions in Spanish, while travelling to client sites across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial and wealth‑planning analyses for LATAM HNW/UHNW individuals and families.
• Develop and present investment recommendations, portfolio construction and credit solutions in Spanish.
• Perform market research to identify new prospects and independently convert leads into private clients.
• Coordinate with specialist product teams to deliver integrated wealth‑management solutions, including succession and fiduciary planning.
• Maintain client records, fulfil KYC/AML obligations and ensure compliance with cross‑border regulations.
• Provide mentorship and on‑the‑job training to junior staff.
• Travel up to 40 % of the time to client locations in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience advising HNW/UHNW clients, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
• Fluent Spanish (native‑level) and strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage complex client relationships and handle international travel.
