B2B Project Manager – Digital Creative Studio

About the role

Donut Studios, the in‑house creative studio of New Engen, is seeking a B2B Project Manager to keep a key client engagement running smoothly from kickoff through delivery. You will partner with the Senior Project Manager, creative teams, and clients to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and well‑communicated.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project timelines, task tracking, and creative workflows using Asana.
• Own the cadence of project updates and delivery forecasts for clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate creative assignments across the full project lifecycle, ensuring clear scope and progress.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, monitor timelines, identify risks early, and proactively communicate issues.
• Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients to keep everyone aligned on status, expectations, and priorities.
• Support implementation of AI‑powered workflows, automation, and operational improvements.
• Remove day‑to‑day roadblocks, escalating larger issues when needed.
• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to strengthen project‑management skills and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
