Aviation Program Manager

About the role

Quvia is seeking an experienced Aviation Program Manager to lead large, complex B2B programs with major airlines. Based in South Florida, you will act as the primary communication bridge between Quvia and airline stakeholders, overseeing high‑visibility projects with significant revenue impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement coordinated deliverables across multiple regions and time zones (APAC, EMEA, North America).
• Drive delivery of cloud‑based, B2B software services to airline clients, leveraging industry expertise.
• Manage internal resources in collaboration with design and service‑delivery teams.
• Document program progress, financial performance, and customer status.
• Identify and address service deficiencies, representing customer needs to internal teams.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales and senior management to propose new solutions and growth opportunities.
• Serve as the primary communication driver for complex, multi‑stakeholder programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of program management experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience managing software development or cloud‑based projects.
• Based in Florida with ability to travel quarterly to customer sites and periodically to the South Florida office.
• Proven ability to manage multiple airline clients simultaneously.
