AV Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on AV Project Manager who thrives on construction sites rather than a desk. You will be the primary liaison between clients, in‑house staff, trades, and architects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, architects and other trades.
• Plan, schedule and align project timelines with available resources.
• Manage work orders, coordinate third‑party vendors and maintain status updates in iPoint.
• Control project profitability by keeping actual hours at or below budgeted hours.
• Perform quality control to ensure work meets SOW, plans and client expectations.
• Read, interpret and mark‑up blueprints, issue change orders and oversee their execution.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Project Manager on AV/LV construction sites.
• Hands‑on knowledge of all implementation phases: rough, trim and final.
• Steady work history with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.

Required skills

• AV/LV systems expertise.
• Proficiency with iPoint project management software.
