Automotive Mobile Technician

About the role

Ricart Automotive is seeking a Mobile Technician to provide on‑site diagnostics, repairs, and customer service for a range of vehicles, including diesel, gasoline, and electric models. The role involves direct interaction with customers and coordination with dealership staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics using IDS and FDRS tools, conduct MPI inspections, and provide estimates.
• Repair diesel, gasoline, and EV powertrains; test drive vehicles before and after service to verify issues are resolved.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure vehicles are returned clean and properly logged.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of flat‑rate technician experience.
• Valid driver’s license with fewer than 9 points and ability to lift 75 lb.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication skills for customer and team interaction.
• Willingness to work in varying climates and perform door‑to‑door sales activities.
