Automation Platform Manager, Data Analytics

About the role

The Automation Platform Manager, Data Analytics leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise automation platforms across cbrands. Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will own the health and delivery of SS&C Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, and Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring they are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for SS&C Blue Prism, SAP BTP Automation, and Microsoft Power Automate platforms.
• Serve as the enterprise owner for RPA, workflow, business process, and low‑code automation capabilities.
• Establish platform standards, governance models, development practices, and operational guardrails.
• Drive adoption and value realization of automation solutions across product teams and business functions.
• Maintain platform availability, reliability, performance, security, and overall operational health.
• Develop service metrics, operational reporting, performance dashboards, and automation value tracking.
• Champion ITIL practices for incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, and service‑level management.
• Collaborate with internal support teams, managed service providers, and strategic suppliers to deliver operational support.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise automation platforms and leading cross‑functional technology initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with product teams, enterprise architecture, security, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with vendor and supplier management, including managed service providers.
• Proven ability to implement ITIL best practices and drive automation maturity across an organization.
