Automation & AI Technology Experience Intern

About the role

Legends Global, a partner to live events, venues and brands, offers an Automation & AI Technology Experience Internship within its Information Technology department. The internship is part-time, 20-25 hours per week, and requires full on-site presence at either the Frisco, Texas or Conshohocken, Pennsylvania headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Apply LEAN principles and value stream mapping to analyse current technology experience processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Assist in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Support initiatives to shift work to Level 0 through self-service and automated solutions, improving service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, increase operational flow and improve user experience.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Internship or project-based experience working with data, analytics, AI tools or business strategy.
• Strong interest in enterprise analytics, applied AI and using data to drive operational decisions.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to break down complex, loosely defined problems.
• Ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
