Autism Behavior Technician – Part‑Time

About the role

Join California Behavioral Treatment Center as an Autism Behavior Technician, providing one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with autism across Los Angeles County. No prior ABA experience is required; you will receive paid training and mentorship from Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and collect accurate progress data.
• Support families and assist in developing treatment programs for children with ASD.

Required profile

• High school diploma (required); bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass TB test and background check.
• Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply.

What we offer

• Competitive hourly pay $22‑$26 based on experience and education.
