About the role
Modus is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to lead audit engagements and drive the growth of its practice in Cleveland. This senior position combines technical oversight, staff development, and business development responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and review audit engagements, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff at all levels.
- Identify technical accounting and regulatory issues early and lead their resolution.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the practice.
Required profile
- CPA certification is mandatory.
- Strong client relationship and communication abilities.
- Experience auditing nursing homes, HUD projects, or manufacturing firms is a plus.
