Attractions Crew Member – Guest Operations

About the role

Join Netflix House, a year‑round immersive destination where fans explore, play, and experience their favorite Netflix stories. As an Attractions Crew Member (Flow) you will help bring these in‑world experiences to life, ensuring smooth guest flow and a memorable visit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ticket scanning, guest queuing, and overall flow within the attraction.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors, acting as a Netflix ambassador.
• Support behind‑the‑scenes operations, including fan control and general operational tasks.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, including emergency and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience in fast‑paced retail, hospitality, attractions, food & beverage, or similar immersive environments.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, in a 365‑day operation.
• Willingness to learn and follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
