About the role

Netflix House is a permanent, year‑round entertainment venue where fans experience immersive Netflix stories. As an Attractions Crew Member (Flow) you will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring smooth guest flow, ticket scanning, and overall enjoyment of the experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest entry, scan tickets, and guide visitors through queues.
• Control fan movement within themed areas, maintaining safety and immersion standards.
• Support behind‑the‑scenes operations, including set‑up, breakdown, and equipment handling.
• Deliver best‑in‑class service while respecting intellectual‑property guidelines.
• Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for entertainment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team‑player mindset.
• Flexibility to work full‑time or part‑time, including weekends and holidays.
