About the role

We are seeking a skilled Attorney specializing in general tort litigation to join our fully remote team. The role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while handling complex personal injury, premises liability, auto accidents, products liability, and negligent security matters.

Key responsibilities

Manage tort cases from intake through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and settlement demands.
Conduct depositions, prepare for mediations, and represent clients in court appearances.
Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues and negotiate resolutions.

Required profile

J.D. degree and active New York bar admission.
2–6+ years of experience in tort or civil litigation (plaintiff or defense).
Strong litigation, writing, and client communication abilities.
