About the role

The Athletic Academic Advisor I provides academic guidance to student‑athletes, helping them understand degree requirements, plan courses, and connect with university resources to support their academic and career goals.

Key responsibilities

Provide academic advice on degree programs, schedules, and course planning.
Assist students with adds/drops, withdrawals, and curriculum changes.
Review academic records and test scores to recommend appropriate courses.
Offer input on probationary status decisions.
Refer students to campus resources that can address their needs or solve problems.
