Associate Vice President, Security Analytics and Insights

About the role

The Associate Vice President, Security Analytics and Insights will lead a team of security specialists, providing expert guidance to government clients on personnel and physical security matters.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10–15 Personnel and Physical Security Specialists, managing schedules, performance reviews and SLA compliance.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for government clients, delivering on‑site consultative support and briefing senior leadership on security posture and risk mitigation.
• Oversee end‑to‑end clearance processing, resolving complex issues and directing continuous vetting workflows using Scattered Castles, DISS and internal databases.
• Direct visitor access request processing, badge issuance and SCIF entry/exit protocols, ensuring flawless execution of SOPs.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies across PERSEC and PHYSEC domains and design new SOPs to accelerate clearance processing and visitor control operations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in personnel or physical security oversight with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and ability to work onsite five days a week.
• Strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to mentor and guide team members.

Required skills

• Experience with Scattered Castles and Defense Information System for Security (DISS) platforms.
• Proficiency in managing security clearance lifecycles and visitor control systems.
