About the role

The University of Miami is seeking an innovative senior leader to serve as Associate Vice President and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions. In this pivotal role you will shape the recruitment and enrollment strategy for first‑year and transfer students, aligning efforts with the university’s mission and the needs of each school.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall enrollment management strategy and provide strategic leadership for undergraduate admissions.
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and recruitment plan that showcases the university’s strengths.
• Communicate admission strategies with campus leaders, faculty, and staff across colleges and schools.
• Research and analyze domestic and international growth markets and incorporate findings into recruitment initiatives.
• Lead strategic recruitment initiatives across print, direct mail, telemarketing, multimedia, web, and social/digital channels.
• Oversee a holistic, data‑driven admissions process and ensure a future‑focused approach.
• Manage, mentor, and coach the undergraduate admissions team while collaborating with senior enrollment leadership.

Required profile
