Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Student Financial Services division, including Financial Aid and Student Accounts.
• Establish and maintain operational protocols for student funding processes.
• Supervise staff within the Financial Aid and Student Accounts departments.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with university leadership to support student financial success.

Required profile

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a higher‑education financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial aid administration and student account management.
• Ability to work remotely while supporting students across multiple states.
