Part-Time Remote English Faculty (Adjunct)

About the role

University of Arkansas Grantham is seeking part‑time remote faculty to teach English courses online. The position is adjunct, fixed‑term and involves delivering eight‑week courses to up to 70 students at a time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver online English instruction using the Blackboard Learning Management System.
• Manage course materials, assignments, and assessments for eight‑week modules.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students throughout the term.
• Coordinate with the Faculty Manager and adhere to the university’s academic calendar.

Required profile

• Eligible to live and work full‑time in one of the listed U.S. states.
• Experience in online teaching or higher‑education instruction.
• Ability to manage a virtual classroom of up to 70 learners.
