About the role

The University of Arkansas Grantham seeks an experienced senior leader to oversee the operational infrastructure of its academic division. This remote position reports to senior university leadership and is responsible for translating strategic academic vision into efficient, compliant, and technology‑enabled processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Academic Operations, Faculty Management, and Education Technology functions.
• Develop and maintain scalable operational systems that support academic programs.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with academic leaders to align technology solutions with instructional goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the division.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level leadership experience in higher‑education operations or a comparable academic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross‑functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong understanding of academic compliance, accreditation, and technology integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
