Associate Territory Representative - South & Central Puget Sound

About the role

In partnership with its Medtech client, IQVIA is recruiting Associate Territory Representatives for the South & Central Puget Sound area. This is an entry-level, pure-hunter medical device sales role for a B2B sales professional who will build their own book of business, starting with outpatient urology, urogynecology and related clinics. It offers a clear path to full Territory Manager roles.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, target and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned territory
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage in existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, keeping activity and opportunity data accurate in the CRM
• Run in-clinic education, product demonstrations and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Plan routes, prioritize targets and manage an expense budget

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
• Track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment
• Comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers and long sales cycles
• Coachable, competitive and accountable, owning your numbers and results
• Strong verbal communication and the presence to earn credibility with physicians

Preferred: experience at companies known for world-class sales training (e.g., ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox) and 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.

What we offer

• Total compensation of $100,000+ at sales goal target, with uncapped bonus potential
• $750 per month car allowance and gas card
