Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative - Seattle

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Craniomaxillofacial Sales Representative in Seattle, WA. As part of a sales team, you support the marketing and sales of Stryker products by covering cases and performing evaluations in surgical and office environments, while monitoring territory development and keeping clear communication with the sales team. The role is field-based, with a travel percentage of 30%, and is 100% commission with eligibility for a draw, bonuses and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to drive sales and account growth.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve challenges.
• Manage and prioritize sales activities to maximize market potential.
• Conduct product evaluations in operating room and office settings.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to customers.
• Manage and maintain sample inventory of products.
• Represent Stryker at industry events and conferences.
• Promote and sell Stryker products and track territory progress with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Solve product problems onsite and educate medical staff.

Required profile

• 5+ years in an outside sales position or a bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Preferred: 2+ years in medical device or B2B sales, experience in the operating room and proven sales performance.
• Valid driver's license.

Required skills

• Knowledge and experience of sales techniques, marketing strategies, product demonstrations and sales control systems.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
