Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Bitterlake, WA

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative for its retail partner The Home Depot in Bitterlake, Washington. The role drives market share growth and keeps TTI's product lines prominent in stores, combining merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement. It is a non-exempt, overtime-eligible position.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers in The Home Depot, recommending tailored product solutions and showing deep product knowledge.
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks, and support corporate brand marketing initiatives.
• Manage merchandising, product placement, store resets and inventory levels, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics to make decisions.
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and transport a small amount of company property.
• Travel to and from store locations and occasionally for meetings and events, including air travel.

Required profile

• At least 21 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, able to pass drug and motor vehicle report screening.
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver.
• Able to lift and carry heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.), climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts in a retail setting.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work full-time in a retail environment.
• Formal higher education preferred but not required; multilingual ability preferred in some markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Data analysis with Microsoft Power BI.

• Pay of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000).
