Associate Strategic Client Executive, Rx Solutions

About the role

MMA Rx Solutions is the national pharmacy center of excellence for Marsh McLennan Agency. As Associate Strategic Client Executive, you will support the sales process and act as the main point of contact for the field offices on post-sale implementation and ongoing client support related to pharmacy management. You will also work with PBMs and strategic partners so their deliverables meet the vision of the approach and the needs of the field offices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and consultative support to sales and account management personnel throughout the sale, implementation and renewal of MMA Rx Solutions.
• Review draft PBM contracts to ensure pricing and terms match MMA Rx Solutions provisions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with field offices, strategic partners and PBMs.
• Explain pharmacy analysis and educate the field on new features and innovations.
• Improve the process and client/field experience, and support renewals with strategic partners.
• Help ensure reporting, presentations and reviews are completed on time and accurately.
• Work with marketing to identify content for client communications and develop and implement it.
• Serve as a resource and mentor for other Client Managers, and assist colleagues with administrative duties.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of PBM, pharmacy or related account management experience, including direct experience with PBM contracts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current Life & Health licensure or ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
• Own transportation and ability to attend in-house and external meetings and events.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing, handle confidential client and company data, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
