Associate Sales Representative - Acute Care, South Texas

About the role

Stryker is hiring an Associate Sales Representative for its Acute Care line in South Texas. The role supports the sales team by promoting Stryker's Acute Care products and solutions to healthcare providers, helping with product demonstrations, customer relationship management and client satisfaction. It is a field-based position with 60% travel, open to candidates who want to gain experience and move into a more senior sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Stryker Medical products to doctors, nurses and other staff, and build customer relationships.
• Educate healthcare professionals on proper use and maintenance, product functionality, updates, portfolio changes and educational programs.
• Resolve problems with a consultative approach and deliver responsive customer service.
• Assist with post-sale implementation and training so customers adopt the products.
• Drive equipment usage agreement compliance with customers.
• Meet targeted annual budgeted objectives within the assigned geography.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 0+ years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
• Preferred: sales and marketing internship.

Required skills

• Account management and customer service skills.
• Time management and experience with reports.
