Associate Product Marketing Manager – Early Career Program

About the role

Google is hiring an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) as part of its global early‑career program. You will work on priority marketing projects, develop a broad set of marketing skills, and engage with a community of peers, mentors, and leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Work on priority marketing projects within the marketing organization.
• Develop and apply marketing skills across product, brand, and strategy initiatives.
• Participate in learning and development milestones and APMM programming.
• Contribute actively to the APMM community of peers and alumni.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, technology, or related fields through full‑time roles, internships, projects, or academic work.
• At least three years of full‑time work experience (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for Google’s product ecosystem and AI innovations.
• Global mindset with ability to work across disciplines, cultures, and ambiguous situations.
• Strong problem‑solving, investigative, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Program/project management and communication capabilities.
