Associate Marketing Project Management

About the role

The Associate, Marketing Project Management supports the National Marketing team by coordinating and tracking marketing projects, programs, and sub‑projects that involve creative, digital, and supplier partnerships. The role acts as the primary communication link with US property marketing teams to ensure smooth project roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; schedule and facilitate project team meetings and events.
• Monitor progress against deadlines, identify risks, and alert stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal and external creative resources, media partners, and service providers, ensuring brief compliance and asset quality.
• Maintain digital asset libraries, property photography, and documentation for project management.
• Create status reports, presentations, and performance summaries for stakeholders.

Required profile

• College degree in business, marketing, or related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stream marketing projects in agency or corporate settings.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban, or SAFe.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike, WMG) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies for efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for creative solutions.
