Associate Manager, Social & Digital Sponsor Marketing

About the role

The Associate Manager, Social & Digital Sponsor Marketing will act as the central point of contact for corporate partnership social and digital initiatives. Working within the Integrated Marketing team, you will ensure sponsor‑driven content is strategically planned, on‑brand, and delivered on schedule across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, coordination and execution of high‑priority sponsor digital and social campaigns.
• Integrate sponsor assets into the broader social media strategy, aligning with fan sentiment and organic content priorities.
• Translate contractual deliverables into clear, actionable social media plans and timelines.
• Manage multi‑department workflows, including calendars, reviews, approvals and reporting.
• Educate account teams on platform best practices, performance benchmarks and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring sponsor objectives are met.

Required profile

• Highly organized marketer with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of social media ecosystems and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to balance sponsor needs with audience engagement goals.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Commercial awareness of revenue‑driving partnership models.
