Associate Manager, Purchasing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, business‑oriented procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing for fresh, a global skincare brand. The Associate Manager, Purchasing will drive value creation, supplier performance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evolution of procurement into a strategic function through process simplification, automation and best‑practice adoption.
• Analyse spend data, supplier performance and market trends to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned indirect categories, including RFIs/RFPs, negotiations and supplier selection.
• Identify cost‑optimization opportunities while ensuring quality, service and business continuity.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships across North America, monitor performance via KPIs and business reviews.
• Ensure proper contract implementation, compliance and governance, and support risk mitigation and sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective supplier partnerships.
• Experience in strategic sourcing, category management and procurement transformation.
• Business‑focused mindset with a track record of driving cost‑saving initiatives.
