Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing – Womenswear & Childrenswear

About the role

Rag & Bone is looking for an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead storytelling for its Womenswear and build equity for its Childrenswear lines. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will collaborate across Creative, Merchandising, Design, Planning, Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce and Communications to launch products and campaigns with clarity and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global brand, seasonal product hero and editorial campaigns, including briefs, marketing strategies, go‑to‑market plans and creative toolkits.
• Manage the seasonal go‑to‑market calendar, aligning Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, Retail, Wholesale and Communications for fully integrated launches.
• Support global events and initiatives through event planning, sample coordination and vendor management.
• Monitor competitive landscape and provide regular market, consumer and competitor updates.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings by setting agendas, capturing notes and tracking next steps.
• Identify whitespace, category opportunities and storytelling gaps based on consumer behavior and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in brand or product marketing.
• Exceptional communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Highly detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and willingness to be hands‑on.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work from the New York headquarters four days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency in creating marketing briefs and toolkits.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional launch calendars.
• Ability to analyze market and competitor data.
