Associate International Engagement Partner II

About the role

The Associate International Engagement Partner II will support Cleveland Clinic International and Emerging Markets (CCIEM) projects, managing analytics, recommendations, and stakeholder implementation plans. The role operates on a hybrid schedule in Northeast Ohio with occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead independent components of major CCIEM projects, including structuring work, analytics, and recommendation development.
• Facilitate smaller client team meetings and provide leadership for sub‑teams or larger project groups.
• Develop expertise and create toolkit elements such as frameworks, standard processes, and analytics for specific CCIEM areas.
• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders and influence thought processes across project domains.
• Participate in initiatives that set the CCIEM agenda, improve team effectiveness, and support skill‑building.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in healthcare (internal or consulting) or a technical role with a record of influencing change.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred: Master's degree, background in operations or consulting, finance expertise, project management certification.
