Associate, Fund Operations

About the role

The Associate, Fund Operations will support fund‑level financial analysis, liquidity planning, investor reporting, and operational oversight for Invesco Real Estate institutional funds. This role works closely with portfolio management, accounting, legal, capital markets and investor relations teams to ensure smooth fund performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage open‑ and closed‑ended real estate funds in coordination with cross‑functional partners.
• Prepare quarterly fund reports, investor presentations and other strategic communications.
• Assist with fund balance‑sheet management, including liquidity, investor flows, financing activities and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Maintain and refine fund models, dashboards, liquidity forecasts and debt databases to evaluate performance and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate third‑party service providers and fund administrators to support operations and governance.
• Review peer performance materials, public filings and industry data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support ad‑hoc projects such as RFPs, DDQs, investor requests and business‑development initiatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day workflow of Hyderabad team counterparts, providing training and quality control.
• Identify and implement AI tools, prompt engineering and process automation to improve efficiency.
