Associate Director, Vaccines Retail Customer Marketing

About the role

This senior marketing position supports the U.S. Vaccines Retail Pharmacy segment, driving growth of adult vaccinations in retail pharmacies. The Associate Director will shape strategy, create innovative customer‑focused solutions, and act as the subject‑matter expert on retail pharmacy strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the brand team and retail segment, ensuring strategic alignment and development of growth solutions.
• Support field Retail Pharmacy teams with content, resources, and promotional plans that drive product utilization.
• Lead pharmacy segmentation, annual promotion planning, and cross‑functional execution with agencies and internal teams.
• Manage measurement of promotional effectiveness and optimize efforts based on data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing, sales, or related functions.
• Strong strategic thinking, innovative mindset, and ability to work in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional teams and delivering projects through medical‑legal and compliance reviews.
