Associate Director, Technical Product Management – Enterprise Resilience Center

About the role

The Enterprise Resilience Center (ERC) is being built to provide 24x7 risk monitoring, assessment, and crisis response across the enterprise. The Associate Director, Technical Product Management will define the technology product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities that power the ERC.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERC technology capabilities.
• Partner with Global Security & Aviation Group, the Company Strategy Office, and other stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and use cases.
• Prioritize product features, enhancements, integrations, and releases based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Lead product planning for foundational technology components, including tools, platforms, data sources, and integrations.
• Oversee testing, user acceptance, and go‑live readiness activities, coordinating with technical teams and vendors.
• Design, maintain, and oversee training strategy and enablement materials for ERC users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to partner across technical and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with event management platforms and incident escalation tools.
• Familiarity with 24x7 monitoring environments and “single pane of glass” dashboard solutions.
• Knowledge of agile, hybrid, or iterative product delivery models.
• Experience integrating enterprise data sources and building real‑time monitoring workflows.
