About the role

The Associate Director will lead primary market research for the sac‑TMT product franchise, shaping strategy across pre‑ and post‑launch phases. You will partner with global and US commercial teams to generate actionable insights that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global and US market research plan for the product franchise, framing business questions and designing research approaches.
• Lead primary research projects, manage vendors, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance while delivering clear, actionable recommendations.
• Integrate secondary data, syndicated reports, and AI‑enabled analytics to enrich insights and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including pricing, sales, marketing, and R&D—to embed insights into launch and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI‑driven research methods such as synthetic respondents, digital personas, and advanced analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or related commercial functions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of translating data into compelling, executive‑ready insights.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing, transformation‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
• Experience with AI‑enabled research tools, large language model (LLM) applications, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in integrating secondary data sources, syndicated reports, and advanced analytics.
