Associate Director, Outcomes Research – Lung Cancer

About the role

Under the guidance of senior leadership, the Associate Director will lead real‑world and economic evidence activities for lung cancer products, supporting value evidence needs of clinicians, payers, HTA agencies and health systems worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional value evidence teams as the outcomes research representative.
• Design and oversee prospective and retrospective observational studies, surveys, PRO assessments, systematic reviews, meta‑analyses and economic modelling.
• Develop AMCP dossiers for US payers and Global Value Dossiers for HTA submissions.
• Manage study contracts, budgets, vendor relationships and may supervise external partners.
• Support country affiliates with local evidence generation, health‑economic evaluations and customized dossiers.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in health services research, epidemiology, health economics or related field (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with a doctoral degree or 3 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with clinical development, medical affairs, market access and commercial teams.
